Why can I not import a user into my group?

If you try to import a user into your group that previously had an active EMsono account (that is now no longer active) they will be imported into your group.

If you try to import a user into your group that is ACTIVE in another group - we will contact the user and the other group administrator to get permission.  This is to ensure  a user is not accidentally pulled out of a group.

If someone is a paying individual customer of EMsono then will ask the individual customer if they wish to abandon their existing subscription to join the group.  If they do wish to join the group, the individual will be reimbursed a prorated portion of their subscription.
